This is an example Campus Life Survey survey. This survey includes questions like:

• Do you live in on-campus student housing or in off-campus housing?
• Do you feel the availability of housing on or near campus is Poor, Adequate, or Excellent?
• Do you feel the availability of parking on or near campus is Poor, Adequate, or Excellent?
